Since 2017, we have helped homeowners and businesses restore the appearance of their properties through careful workmanship, honest communication, and service that puts people first.

A Dream Between Two Best Friends
Every business has a beginning. Ours started with two best friends, a dream, and a simple belief that
people deserve to be treated the way we’d want our own families to be treated.
Back in 2008, my best friend Josh and I spent our days working side by side in residential construction and
lawn care. We weren’t just building houses or maintaining properties—we were helping families create and
care for the places they called home. Those years taught us the value of hard work, attention to detail, and
the pride that comes from doing a job the right way.
As we worked with homeowners, builders, and contractors, we noticed something that stayed with us.
There were plenty of companies that could complete the work, but too often the customer experience was
missing. Calls weren’t returned. Details were overlooked. Customers were treated like another stop on the
schedule instead of a family trusting someone with one of their greatest investments—their home.
I couldn’t shake the feeling that there had to be a better way.
I wanted to create a company that wasn’t just known for exceptional results, but for honesty,
communication, and treating every customer with the same respect and care that I’d want for my own
family. When I shared that vision with Josh, he believed in me before Prestige Power Washing was anything
more than an idea. His confidence in me changed my life. He invested $30,000 to help me pursue my dream
and build a company that would raise the standard for exterior cleaning—not just through the quality of
our work, but through the way we serve people.
In February of 2017, that belief became Prestige Power Washing.
What began as a dream between two lifelong friends has grown into a company built on integrity, hard work, and a genuine passion for serving our community. Every home, driveway, roof, deck, fence, and commercial property we clean represents the promise we made from the very beginning—to treat every customer with honesty, respect, and the same level of care we’d give our own family.
As our company grew, so did our family. We welcomed Donna, Josh’s mom, to our team as our Office Manager. From the very first phone call to the final follow-up, Donna helps ensure every customer feels welcomed, valued, and appreciated. Today, we’re proud to be a family-owned and family-operated business where relationships matter just as much as results.
For us, pressure washing has never been just about cleaning surfaces. It’s about restoring pride in your home.
