Since 2017, we have helped homeowners and businesses restore the appearance of their properties through careful workmanship, honest communication, and service that puts people first.

A Dream Between Two Best Friends
Our story began long before Prestige Power Washing had a name.
Back in 2008, best friends Ty and Josh spent their days working side by side in residential construction and lawn care. They were not simply building houses or maintaining properties. They were helping families create and care for the places they called home.
Those early years taught them the value of hard work, close attention to detail, and the pride that comes from completing a job the right way.
As they worked with homeowners, builders, and contractors, they repeatedly noticed the same problem. Many companies could complete the work, but the customer experience was often missing. Calls went unanswered, important details were overlooked, and customers were treated like another appointment instead of people trusting someone with one of their greatest investments.
Believing in a Better Way
Ty wanted to create a company known for more than impressive cleaning results. He envisioned a business built on honesty, clear communication, dependable service, and treating every customer with the care he would want for his own family.
When Ty shared that vision with Josh, Josh believed in him before Prestige Power Washing was anything more than an idea. He invested $30,000 to help turn that dream into a real company and establish a higher standard for exterior cleaning.
In February 2017, that shared belief became Prestige Power Washing.
What began as a dream between two lifelong friends has grown into a trusted exterior cleaning company founded on integrity, hard work, and a genuine passion for serving the community.
