Prestige came the day after I called and did an excellent job. They also called in advance to let me know they were going to be late which is huge to me because most places don't give that kind of courtesy calls when life happens. They took the time to explain what they are doing and they go to what ever level is needed to clean your home, when they leave you will have a very clean house. I called several weeks ago with approximate square footage of my driveway and sidewalks. Ty offered a fair price and the date/time he could do the work. Today he called and said he was ahead of schedule, asked if he could come a few hours early. This was great for me. I was very happy with Ty's work. We agreed to the range of services and the prices a few days before he cleaned my house. He is fully licensed and showed me exactly how he was going to protect my plants and grass before starting work. He was very thorough and cleaned up all the black mold from all the trim and the gutters. The cement on my driveway looks newly poured. Ty cleaned up and made sure that I was happy with the work before he left. I have recommended him to my neighbors and I would use him again.

Ty did a great job powerwashing my house, roof and driveway. My driveway was incredibly dirty and he spent the extra time to get it clean in the really bad spots. It is such a pleasure to drive up to my property and see my house and driveway so clean. AND I didn't have to spend half my summer doing it! Great job, great price!

The pressure washing went went extremely well. When it was all done the house looked as though it was just freshly painted!! It was outstanding! The driveway, pathway, steps, deck looked like they were all new. Everything looks so fresh and new!
